Well, I’ve found someone willing to pony up for the down payment…if some other investor is willing to go in on the deal to secure a loan. He has savings yet is currently a student so lacks the necessary income to secrure a loan.
If you are interested in an investment property, have a solid income but lack the money down, contact me: mark at missio-dei.com. If you are intrigued but are hesitant to enter into an agreement like this with a stranger (ie, the other investor), we can most certainly bring a real estate lawyer into the discussion in order to safeguard your stake in the investment.
