Before any of the Emergentsia’s ire is raised against me (just as intellegentsia normally react when labeled such), I must point out that the first lexical definition of Emergentsia can be quite benign and even taken as a compliment if conceived of properly.
Totally…you are actually paying a COMPLIMENT to the “emergentsia.”
Wait…am I among the “emergentsia?”
