At least several times a week I get an email that says something like this: على الأقل عدة مرات في الاسبوع احصل على البريد الالكتروني ان يقول شيئا كهذا :

I’ve been wanting to write something for Jesus Manifesto, but I’m not sure what to write. لقد كان يريد أن أكتب شيئا ليسوع البيان ، ولكن لست متأكدا ما هي الكتابة. What are you looking for? ما أنت تبحث عنه؟ Do you have any suggestions? هل لديكم اي اقتراحات؟

I have difficulty asking that question. السؤال الأول صعوبة في هذه المساله. I want people to surprise me with their writing. واود ان الناس لمفاجاه لي مع الكتابة. I want this site to be a place where kindred spirits with a similar perspective can explore all manner of topics and issues. اريد في هذا الموقع ليكون المكان الذي يوجد فيه الارواح المشابهة مع منظور مماثل يمكن استكشاف كل أنواع المواضيع والقضايا. My hope is that JesusManifesto.com will be increasingly driven by a perspective or a lens, rather than about particular topics. وأملي ان jesusmanifesto.com ستزداد يقودها منظور او عدسه ، وليس حول مواضيع معينة. In other words, I’m more interested in reading radically Christ-centered peace-filled take on film and music and news and big ideas than I am interested in reading about pacifism. وبعباره اخرى ، انا اكثر اهتماما في القراءة جذريا المسيح تتمحور حول اتخاذ ملؤها السلام على الافلام والموسيقى والأخبار والأفكار الكبيرة وانا من المهتمين في القراءة عن السلميه. Not that I’m uninterested in reading about pacifism. إلا أن انا غير مهتم في القراءة عن السلميه. I just think it is trickier to explore all areas of life as followers of Jesus Christ than it is to speculate on what it means, abstractly, to be a follower of Jesus. انا فقط اعتقد انها اصعب لاستكشاف جميع مجالات الحياة من اتباع يسوع المسيح وليس للمضاربة ماذا يعني ، نظريا ، على ان يكون تابعا لعيسى.

I want people to explore their life and write as they grapple with Jesus about the different areas of that life. واود ان الناس لاستكشاف الحياة والكتابة لانها تتصدى ليسوع عن مختلف مجالات الحياة. I don’t want to limit people’s imaginations; that is why I am reluctant to give suggestions. انا لا اريد للحد من مخيله الناس ؛ وهذا هو السبب في انني تتردد في اعطاء الاقتراحات. Nevertheless, I’m going to cave in a bit and share a list of things that I would be particularly interested in seeing here: ومع ذلك ، أنا ذاهب الى كهف في حصة قليلا وقائمة الاشياء التي أود ان تكون مهتمة بشكل خاص هنا :

• How we should approach illegal immigration? كيف ينبغي لنا ان نتعامل الهجره غير المشروعة؟

• Reviews of films/music/novels that bridge towards the Kingdom of God ويستعرض من الافلام / الموسيقى / ان الروايات جسر نحو مملكة الله
• Reviews of films/music/novels that embody the American Dream ويستعرض من الافلام / الموسيقى / الروايات التي تجسد الحلم الامريكى
• Practical suggestions for Kingdom living اقتراحات عملية للالذين يعيشون في المملكه
• Satirical cartoons (I’m saving up for a Wacom tablet so I can start drawing them) الرسوم الكاريكاتوريه الساخرة (أنا الادخار للحصول على قرص wacom حتى استطيع بدء رسم عليها)
• Engagement with Global Christian ideas (especially from non-Anglos) التعامل مع الافكار المسيحيه العالمية (ولا سيما من المنظمات غير anglos)
• For that matter, I’d love to see stuff that isn’t written by Anglo men. ان لهذه المساله ، انا احب ان نرى الاشياء التي ليست مكتوبة من قبل انكلترا والرجال. I know I’m an Anglo man, but I get sick of myself too. وانا اعلم انا رجل امريكى ، ولكن إحصل على مريض نفسي ايضا.
• Explorations in pneumatology الاستكشافات في pneumatology
• Church multiplication/planting stuff الكنيسة تكاثر / زراعة مادة
• Interviews (I have an interview with Greg Boyd coming up) مقابلات (لقد مقابلة مع غريغ الخروج بويد)
