It is the end of the year.  Christmastime is usually pretty busy.  I’m at a coffeeshop trying to work on my Statement of Faith, which is a senior year requirement for Seminary.  Instead of doing that, which is due next week, I find myself blogging.  Ah, blogging, my public addiction.  Instead of offering you something substantial, something to think about, I’m going to give you my favorites of 2005.  Enjoy. ومن نهاية العام. 1. 2nd Moon Cafe on Franklin in Minneapolis (this is my unofficial office) 1. الثانية فرانكلين القمر على مقهى في مينيابوليس (وهذا هو بلدي غير الرسمية لمكتب)
2. Hard Times Cafe on Riverside in Minneapolis (if you’ve ever been there, you’ll know its unique charm.  It is simply the most ecclectic, motley place to go have coffee…a great place for people watching) 2. الاوقات الصعبة مقهى على ضفاف النهر في مينيابوليس (اذا كنت قد جربت ذلك ، أنت تعرف وظيفتها سحر فريدة من نوعها ، وهي ببساطة اكثر ecclectic ، ثوب المهرج الذهاب الى مكان قد القهوه… مكان عظيم للشعب مشاهدة)
3. Blue Moon Cafe on East Lake in Minneapolis (from the owners of 2nd Moon…the 2 cafes share the same staff, so when I bring Amy to work along Lake Street, we stop there) 3. مقهى القمر الازرق على شرق بحيره في مينيابوليس (من مالكي الثانية القمر… 2 في المقاهي ويشتركان فى نفس الموظفين ، لذلك عندما اتيت الى امي في الشارع على طول بحيره العمل ، فاننا نتوقف عند هذا الحد)
4. Dunn Brothers in Roseville (in the Roseville Library…this is my old unofficial office, back when I ministered in the first ring suburbs of the north Metro, and when I lived on campus at Bethel Seminary…I still meet people there when I have to be up on that end of the city) 4. دن الاخوة في Roseville (Roseville في المكتبه… وهذا غير الرسمية لمكتب بلادي القديمة ، ministered الى الوراء عندما كنت في اول حلقة من الضواحي الشمالية لمترو الانفاق ، وعندما كنت أعيش في الحرم الجامعي في بيثيل المدرسة… وما زلت وعندما يجتمع الناس هناك الاول ويتعين على وتحقيقا لهذه الغاية من المدينة)

1. Enders Game لعبة اندرز by Orson Scott Card (Amy and I read fantasy and Sci Fi to each other…and this is the best of the year) من جانب orson سكوت بطاقه (أمي وأنا قرأت الخيال والى كل Fi الهيءه الأخرى… وهذا هو افضل من السنة)
2. Mere Discipleship مجرد التلمذه by Lee Camp (I love this book.  I don’t understand why more haven’t picked it up…it is simply an excellent primer on discipleship in America) من جانب معسكر لي (انا أحب هذا الكتاب وأنا لا افهم لماذا لم يختاروا أكثر عنه… انه يعني ببساطة ممتازة اولية على التلمذه في اميركا)
3. Consuming Religion استهلاك الدين by Vincent Miller (this book planted the seed in my mind which will give birth to the فانسان ميلر (هذا الكتاب البذور التي زرعت في خاطري التي تلد الى Conference on Christianity in a Consumer Culture مؤتمر حول المسيحيه في ثقافة المستهلك ) (
