It is healthier to focus on where God is leading, rather than on your current condition.  Leaders that focus on a vision of the future instead of the current shortcomings of the church are able to move forward in faithfulness. 더 건강한 것은 하나님이 어디에 초점을 선도보다는 귀하의 현재 상태합니다. 지도자의 미래에 대한 비전을 집중하는 대신에 현재의 결점을 성실의 교회가 전방 이동시킬 수있습니다.
