Cutting $ قطع دولار

Amy and I have decided to cut my "salary."  We’re cutting pay by 1/3 next month, and then plan on stepping the rest down over about 6 months.  I’m cutting my salary–redirecting the money I’ve raised towards Missio Dei–because I feel it is important for people to realize that we’re in this together.  I am not their clergy…I am in the same boat as them.  I’ve always been on the bivocational pay, but I figured that if I raised the funds myself, people would see me differently, but I don’t think that is the case. امي ولقد قرر خفض بلادي "الراتب." نحن لعدة قطاعات الدفع عن طريق 1 / 3 الشهر المقبل ، وبعد ذلك على خطة تصعيد بقية انخفاض على مدى نحو 6 اشهر. انا راتبي لعدة قطاعات - اعادة توجيه الاموال التى قمت اثارت نحو missio dei - لأنني اشعر ومن المهم ان ندرك ان الناس نحن في هذا معا. انا لا رجال الدين… وانا فى نفس القارب. كنت دائما على bivocational الدفع ، ولكني اذا كان لي ان ترد على جمع الاموال نفسي ، انظر لي الناس بشكل مختلف ، ولكن لا اعتقد ان هذا هو الحال.
