The Limit of Theodicy theodicy의 제한

I’ve been delving a bit into theodicy (that field of study that seeks to explain how to reconcile God and the presence of evil).  I’ve also been reading up on the doctrine of the Trinity.  Interestingly enough, I found a chapter on theodicy in Paul Fiddes’ delving theodicy 조금로 봤는데 (이 분야의 연구를 조정하는 방법을 설명하고자 하느님과 악마의 존재를). 나는 독서 위에도 삼위 일체의 교리를합니다. 흥미롭게, 나 장 발견 theodicy에서 폴 fiddes ' Participation in God 하나님에 참여 , which is one of the best books on the Doctrine of the Trinity out there.  I highly recommend it; it is both theologically rich, as well as pastorally focused.  So, while studying the Trinity, I found something helpful in my studies in theodicy.  This sums up Fiddes’ take on theodicy, a take in which I generally agree: 이 중 하나의 최고의 도서를 삼위 일체의 교리 밖합니다. 그럴것 추천합니다; 것은 둘 다 신학 풍부하고 목가적뿐만 아니라 집중합니다. 그래서, 삼위 일체 연구를하는 동안, 나는 나의 연구에 많은 도움이 theodicy을 발견했다는 . 본 fiddes하게 정리 해주고 'theodicy 맡으를 취하거나 그것 일반적으로 동의합니다 :

In Dostoyevsky’s novel The Brothers Karamazov , one of the characters (Ivan) asks the question: ‘Is the whole universe worth the tears of one tortured child?’ He has in mind the story of a rich landowner who threw a peasant child to his hunting dogs to be torn apart because the child had thrown a stone and broken a dog’s leg.  Is it all worth the tears of one child, let alone the millions in Auschwitz?  Even if God suffers, is it worth it?  Ivan thinks not, and says that he is ‘returning his entrance ticket to God with the polite observation that the price is too steep.’ 도스토예프 스키의 소설에 카라 형제 중 하나가 문자 (이반) 묻는 질문 : '은 우주 전체를 하나의 고문 아이 상당의 눈물?'을 염두 그는 부유한 지주의 이야기 농부 아이에게 짜증을 누구 그의 들개를 해체 및 깨진 돌하기 때문에 아이는 강아지의 다리에 발생합니다.입니까 보람이의 눈물을 한 어린이의 모든 는커녕 백만이 아우 슈비츠 강제?하더라도 고통을 하나님이 가치가 있지 않을까요? 이반 생각하는 아니, 다음과 같이 말한다 그 사람이 '그의 입장 티켓을 반환하는 하나님의 가격이 너무 가파른 예의 관찰합니다.'

The belief that God suffers with us may help us to say that the making of persons is worth all the tears.  But only faith can answer the question, ‘is it worth it?’ after all reasonable arguments have fallen silent. 믿음을 우리에게 도움이된다고는 하나님 께서 우리와 함께 고통을 겪게됩니다 말하는 사람이 가치를 만드는 과정의 모든 눈물을합니다.에만 믿음 질문에 대답은, '이 가치가 있지 않을까요?'을 모든 합리적인 논쟁이 침묵에 빠졌합니다.
