Ho iniziato il missionThink un piccolo sopra un mese fa. So che sono un'entrata ritardata nel mondo blogging, ma io ho deciso saltare in intero-maiale. Non ho desiderato essere come quei bloggers che inviano soltanto ogni mese o così. Ho desiderato il missionThink essere un luogo utile per la gente che affronta with come essere e “chiesa di missional.„

L'altro giorno, ho avuto mio 1,000th colpo. Ciò non è molta per quelle di voi che' ve che blogging a lungo. Ma è un buon inizio. Ora ho una media di 150 colpi un il giorno. Le cose stanno muovendo abbastanza piacevolmente avanti. Grazie a tutto che stia verificando regolarmente il missionThink.

Il mio obiettivo è di muoversi verso una media di 500 colpi un il giorno. Una volta che raggiungo quell'obiettivo, sto progettando sul fare alcuni cambiamenti. Li desidero tutti sapere in anticipo in modo da non li interferisce dalla sorpresa. Una volta che comincio essere in media 500 o più colpisce un giorno, sto progettando sul missionThink d'espansione. Il mio obiettivo è di rendere a missionThink una risorsa utile per la gente che sta lottando con come essere e fare la chiesa in un senso di missional. Vorrei pensare che i miei pensieri quotidiani servissero quell'estremità, ma penso che alcune altre caratteristiche aiutassero. Così, una volta che colpisco 500/day, sto pensando a fare quanto segue:

Invitare alcuni altri bloggers a scrivere per missionThink. Non sono sicuro se ripartiremo un blog, o se vogliamo ciascuno abbiamo un blog separato alloggiato su missionThink. Se avete un'opinione sul quel, lascilo sanno.

Aggiunta della pagina degli articoli. Blog posts are supposed to be brief. Sometimes, however, one has more to say than will fit into one post. The articles will come from missionThink authors, as well as outside authors that we respect.

Including some in-depth book reviews. There are a lot of good books out there. I want to choose which I think are the most helpful and tell you why they are worth reading.

Providing a robust list of links. I want to catalogue the best sites out there for ecclesiology and church planting. Nothing mediocre–just the good stuff.

If you have any other suggestions, please let me know. I want missionThink to be a useful tool, and a place where good dialogue can take place. My ultimate goal is to provide a website that aided people in the process of considering important theological/social issues…and then begin to conceptualize how the church might incarnate those ideas. Most website focus on idea without much in terms of ministry practice. Others offer practical ideas without showing the philosophy behind them. I want to navigate the middle. I want missionThink to help in the process of moving from idea to reality. That is the most difficult step, and few sites do it well. Most of the sites that address this area don’t specialize specifically on ecclesiology.

I’d be interested in your thoughts. Does this seem like a worthwhile endeavor? Is it needed? Any suggestions?
