My wife befriended a local guy named Julio Caesar who works at a nearby bakery. Minha esposa befriended um cara chamado Julio César local que trabalha em uma padaria nas proximidades. Julio is from Guatemala. Julio é de Guatemala. Every couple of days, Julio brings bags full of bread or rolls or muffins, etc–stuff that wasn’t the right weight or shape or size. Hundreds of pounds of bread are thrown out every day, and Julio takes as much as he can share with friends and family. There is nothing wrong with the bread–it just isn’t quite up to specs for delivery to local grocery stores. You are absolutly right. Você está absolutly direita. Spanish is rapidly becoming on par with English in the USA. Espanhol está rapidamente se tornando a par com a E.U.A. em Inglês. I was driving around Maryland near DC the other day and in the neighborhood most of the signs were in Spanish and it seemed like most of the people I Saw were either Hispanic, African, or Arab. Eu estava dirigindo em torno de Maryland próximo DC e no outro dia, no bairro maior parte dos sinais eram em espanhol e afigurava-se como a maior parte das pessoas que eu vi eram ou hispânicos, Africano, ou árabe. Several years ago I was in Texas (with the Army) and the Hispanic heritage and presence was so strong that (to me anyway) it had the feel of being ina foreign land.
